What: The Terre Haute Wrestling
Club is designed to give Elementary
and Middle School Students an
instructive and fun introduction
to the sport of wrestling.
Why: Wrestling helps develop
coordination, speed, strength, balance,
and overall physical fitness, while
having a positve effect on self
discipline and attitude.
Where: Practices will take place
in the Terre Haute South High School
Wrestling Room
When: Open mat will be on Mondays
and Wednesdays see the schedule
on the website.

is designed to encourage athletes
of all ages, sizes and abilities to
improve their wrestling skills,
increase experience, and above all
have fun, An emphasis will be
placed on introducing wrestling
fundamentals, developing
charachter and good
sportsmanship."
